# Routines

> Give your Desk work to do on a schedule.

Open **Routines** inside a Desk to see scheduled work across all agents. Filter by agent when you want to focus on one teammate.

You can create a routine there or ask in chat:

> Watch Bitcoin hourly for the next 24 hours. Tell me if it moves 5% from the first price you confirm, or if there is major news. Stay quiet otherwise. Don't trade.

Give the agent a schedule, what to check and when you want a message. It should confirm that the routine was saved, including the next run.

## Change a routine

Open it from the Desk's routine list to edit, pause or remove it. A saved routine keeps its assigned agent and instructions.

## Keep the Desk running

Hosted routines can run while your phone and browser are closed. A local Desk needs the computer and app running. Either needs a working AI connection and any apps required by the task.

A routine follows the same approval mode and wallet rules as chat. Scheduling a report does not authorize trading.

Ordinary transaction tracking is handled during the task: swaps and bridges are checked every few seconds rather than scheduled as five-minute routines.
