Hosting and balance

A hosted Desk has a hosting plan. Review the price and renewal terms shown when you create it. Your account balance is separate from the money in your trading wallets.

Cost	What it pays for
Desk hosting	Keeping the hosted workspace running.
AI usage	The provider connection powering your agents. Your subscription or managed AI arrangement determines this.
Chance checks	Optional action reviews when enabled.
Transaction fees	Trading, bridging and any network costs the route does not sponsor.

Use the account’s Add money or top-up flow to fund its balance. Sending tokens to a trading wallet funds that wallet, not hosting. Hosted Desks keep running when you close the browser or phone app, provided hosting remains active. A provider outage, expired AI sign-in or usage limit can still prevent an agent from working.
