An agent asks for approval

Check the whole Desk’s Autonomous / Manual setting, then the wallet’s spending rules and signing requirements. Chance checks are a separate setting. An autonomous Desk still cannot exceed a wallet’s limits or sign for a wallet that requires you.

A price is unavailable

Ask for a fresh observation. RedStone covers supported major assets and stocks; Jupiter covers Solana tokens. A missing feed is not a zero balance or a zero price.

A swap or bridge is pending

Ask the agent to follow the existing transaction. The Desk checks active transfers in short intervals. Do not submit another move just because the reply disappeared. For Polymarket cash-out, the result comes from Polymarket Bridge. For LI.FI routes, it comes from LI.FI. A source-chain confirmation does not always mean funds arrived.

A private swap fails

The agent can inspect the contract error and refresh the quote or proof when recovery is possible. It must preserve your amount, price tolerance, limits and privacy choice. If a submission is uncertain, it checks its status before trying another.

A hosted Desk stops replying

Check hosting, the AI connection and provider usage limits from the Desk’s settings. An expired sign-in needs a new login; waiting or sending the same request repeatedly will not reconnect it.
